How Do I Size My Press Ons?

Option 1: Ruler.

1. Lay a clear piece of tape across your natural nail and mark the sides of your nail with a dark pen.

2. Put the tape on a flat surface and measure the distance between the marks with a ruler. Do this for each fingernail.

3. Measure and record the length of each nail in milimeters (1cm=10mm).

4. Match each measurement to the corresponding size in the diagram above.

5. Match your sizes to our standard size guide below:

XS: 3, 6, 5, 7, 9

S: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

M: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

L: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7

XL: 0, 3, 2, 4, 6

*If your nail measurements do not match any of the standard sizes above, please list your sizes 0-9 in the “Special Instructions for the seller” box at checkout. If you get a measurement in between any of the ones listed to round up to nearest mm and pick that size. Ex: Round up 12.5mm to 13mm, which means you’d pick nail size 5 for that finger.

 

Option 2: Sizing Kit

1. Order our sizing kit.

2. Match the nails in the kit to your nails and record each number.

3. Match your numbers to our standard size guide below:

XS: 3, 6, 5, 7, 9

S: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

M: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

L: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7

XL: 0, 3, 2, 4, 6

How do I do Apply My Press Ons?

Option 1: Nail Glue

This option is long lasting. Up to 2-3 weeks of wear at a time.

1. Wash your hands to get rid of any oil or dirt on your fingers.

U2. Use the buffing block to get rid of all the shine on your natrual nail bed and create a rough surface for the press on to stick to.

3. Use the cuticle stick to push your cuticles back for a secure and natural looking fit.

4. Use the nail file to adjust the size and length of the press on if necessary.

5. Wipe your nails and the press ons with the alcohol pads provided to get rid of any dust and dehydrate your nail bed.

6. Apply a generous dot of nail glue on the back of the press on (apply glue to your nail as well for extra hold) and apply the nail to your finger and hold for 10 seconds.

7. Do this for each nail.

REMOVAL: 

1. Soak your nails in a bowl of hot water, coconut oil (or any oil of your choice, and liquid soap (body wash, dish washing liquid, or hand soap) for 10-15 mins.

2. Use the cuticle stick to slowly work around the press on and carefully lift it from the nail bed.

3. Scrape any sticky residue you can out of the press on with the cuticle stick.

4. Let the nails dry and the file any remain glue from the inside of the nail with a nail file or an electric nail drill.

5. Place nails back in their box, face up on the adhesive strip. Our press ons are reuseable.

 

Option 2: Sticky Nail Tabs

This option is temporary. Up to 2-4 days of wear a time.

1. Wash your hands to get rid of any oil or dirt on your fingers.

2. Use the buffing block to get rid of all the shine on your natrual nail bed and create a rough surface for the press on to stick to.

3. Use the nail file to adjust the size and length of the press on if necessary.

4. Wipe your nails and the press ons with the alcohol pads provided to get rid of any dust and dehydrate your nail bed.

6. Match the nail tabs to the press ons and place the tab inside the press on.

7. Use the small tab to remove the film layer from the sticky layer inside then stick the press on your nail and hold for 10 seconds.

8. Do this for each nail.

REMOVAL: Simply pop off to remove and place nails back in their box, face up on the adhesive strip. Our press ons are reuseable.
