A: All items accept press ons are packaged and shipped after 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders for press-ons can take up to 5-7 business days before they are shipped.
Q: Do you do custom press on orders?
A: Yes, click our Full Set Customs listing and please read and follow the instructions in the product description. There is a link to our custom order form in the description, please fill it out entirely and please make sure your email is correct so that wemay contact you about your request if need be.
Q: Can I wear the press ons more than once?
A: Yes! Our press ons are made with salon quality gel products making them durable and each order comes with a removal and care instructions.
Q: I love a particular design but I would like it in a different color. Can you do that?
A: Yes, specify color changes in the comment box at check out.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We have a 24 hour cancellation request policy. If you request a cancellation for an order placed after 24 hours, you CANNOT cancel the order. All orders are FINAL, and cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours.
Q: Can I exchange my nails if I get the wrong size?
A: No. Orders are final and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. This is why it is important to either order a sizing kit or measure your nails if you are unsure about your nail sizes.
Q: Can I request a glossy or matte finish on made to order designs?
A: Yes. Topcoat changes should be placed in the comment section at checkout.
